Following the global trend in micro-brewing, a brand-new, brewery was created in Santorini: FTELOS BREWERY the House of the Blue Monkey beer.

Ftelos has already become, the new must-do activity on the island as it’s a high-end multi-purpose facility of 4.800m² of unparalleled architectural beauty with ample parking, featuring one of the largest bioclimatic gardens in the Cyclades, hosting in its premises an exquisite theme restaurant called THE MALT as well as a tapas bar, a taproom and a cute gift shop.

One of the best parts of traveling in Santorini, is experiencing the food culture of this magnificent island and learning about its local produce and local cuisine. But what about learning how to cook at home several Cycladic dishes and surprise your friends and family? This know-how gained during Ftelos’ Cooking Workshop will be the best souvenir you will bring home from this trip!

The experience begins by meeting one of our professional chefs and continues by cooking along with him, a Cycladic 4-course meal including: The real Santorini salad with cherry tomatoes, capers and caper leaves, Cod croquettes in beer batter, Santorini split-pea dip with dry onion, Pork fillet with Malt n’ Marvel Stout and mustard-rosemary sauce. This hands-on cooking class takes place at a unique indoor or outdoor spot depending on the weather conditions.

Following the cooking class, indulge yourselves with the menu you cooked in an industrial high-end reserved area in the state-of-the-art Ftelos Brewery.
