Through this route, we will have the opportunity to take a wine tour at the local winery, enjoy an Off Road route through the imposing gorge of Portela and be amazed by the beauty of the Richtra's waterfall.
Starting our tour from the winery, the wine experts will introduce us to this special world of wine. Furthermore, taste and learn all the secrets of production, of the varieties we have in Crete, as well as winemaking techniques of yesterday and today.

We will then cross a route through small traditional villages surrounded by verdant hills and olive groves. Just before our descent into the gorge we will have our photo stop. An incredibly beautiful panoramic view of the South Cretan sea that will amaze you!
Then we will head to the local gorge by a highly impressive off-road descent with continuous spectacular views amidst nature. The Portela Gorge features an extremely unspoiled landscape that will deeply etch itself into your memory. Its river passes through cliffs and sheer rock faces. Rich in both flora and fauna, ultimately concluding at the spectacular Richtra waterfall. The flowing water extends to the spring that ends in Keratokambos.

After enjoying our walking exploration among this magical landscape, we will transfer you to the beach of Keratokampos. There, you will have enough time to enjoy both the crystal clear waters of southern Crete and a wonderful BBQ lunch by the sea. This quiet and welcoming place will enchant you and the photos you will take will be impressive.

In case the supplier of the activity cancels a tour for any reason, you have the option to set a new date from the available ones that we will suggest or receive a full refund. The cancellation of the trip, change of itinerary, or delay in the program may occur for safety reasons during a natural disaster, fire, dangerous weather, generally dangerous situations, or in cases of total or partial damage of the supplier of activity vehicle or the illness of a customer or driver that can affect the safe conduct of the excursion and may endanger the safety of all participants. Our company or the supplier of activity is not responsible for any penalties related to airline tickets or other related costs that may arise.
